Lynette Barkley, a Pastry Chef by training, prior to starting , had managed a division of a prominent Towson law firm for more than 10 years. Lynette's event management training extends from a combination of owning a pastry business for more than 4 years and managing the law firm. When Lynette owned Pastries Du Jour she catered to corporate clients and boutique coffee shops in Baltimore and Harford Counties as well as having a steady following of dessert lovers with discriminating tastes. Lynette has received additional training in the culinary arts, interior design, and marketing.
